At Parlez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. If your order isn't quite right, follow our simple process to initiate a return or exchange for a different size.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer or a suitable alternative.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
